Top 5 - QB Rankings

1. Tom Brady
Brady is back, healthy, and still has all of his receiving options he had in 07. There's no reason to downgrade Brady because of last season's injury. You can easily expect 30+ touchdown passes, with a good 15+ going to Randy Moss.

2. Drew Brees
Brees is simply a yardage monster. He's accumulated 4400+ yards in his past 3 seasons including last year's unheard of 5069 yards. Amazingly he totaled that many yards and not ONE of his receivers topped 1000 yards. Look for Brees to continue spreading the ball around again with all his receiving options, especially now that Colston is back and healthy. Another 5000 yard season wouldn't be impossible, but I can surely see him throwing for over 4400 yards again.

3. Kurt Warner
Warner will have another huge season this year no doubt about it. With in my opinion the top duo receiving corpse in the league, Larry Fitzgerald and Anquan Boldin, theres no need to tell you how great the passing game will be as you've witnessed the past 2 years. If Boldin can stay healthy for the full season, Warner will do better than last year guaranteed.

4. Peyton Manning
Manning is a top 5 Qb every year simply because of one reason: Consistency. You can pretty much bank on a 4000 yard season, and 27+ touchdowns. Manning's already pretty much adapted to life without Marvin Harrison since Harrison has been virtually unknown his past 2 seasons so his departure shouldn't be be a factor to Manning.

5. Aaron Rodgers
It was pretty tight between Rodgers and Phillip Rivers but Rodgers takes the advantage for a couple of reasons. After coming off 3 years of solid bench warming for Brett Favre, Rodgers came out and threw 4038 yards and 28 touchdowns in his first year as a starter. He also has great receiving options in Donald Driver and Greg Jennings. Jennings, who just signed a big contract extension with the Packers, knows that he has to shine this season to prove his worth-and Rodgers will help him do that.

  1. good ranking but I would rank brees 1st. Brady is no doubt a great qb but after an injury like that you never know how he will hold up. I had the choice between Brady and brees in my pool and I went with brees... Hopefully he has another season like last year.

  2. Brady is the best qb in the league hands down. There is no way he will not pass for at least 35 tds with moss still there. He is 100 percent and he will pick up where he left off.
